Atty. Florentino Philip A. Pineda

Florentino Philip A. Pineda brings long standing litigation and intellectual property experience to the firm, with a practice grounded in discipline, preparation, and strategic judgment.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman and completed his law degree at San Beda College of Law, graduating 9th in his class. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005.

Atty. Pineda began his legal career at BNU Intellectual Property Attorneys, where he handled court litigation, enforcement actions, and trademark prosecution. After several years of focused IP practice, he joined MCP Law and now serves as its Managing Partner.

He leads the firm’s overall strategy and remains actively involved in client matters, ensuring consistency, rigor, and accountability across engagements.
